Mr Rhys Thomas took time to answer all my concerns in such a way that I was able to understand them, assisted by showing me diagrams on the computer. He showed empathy and although he himself was unable to help me he assisted me with alternative options. I thank him for his constructive help and assistance.

Mr Thomas was very understanding , I was nervous about having an operation but he answered all of my questions clearly including diagrams. Unfortunately there was a complication with the surgery and I was moved to Mayday which distressed me. I had a stent fitted by the lovely endoscopy team and began to get better. Mr Thomas advised me to stay over the weekend which I didn't want to do but with hindsight know it was the right thing as it forced me to rest.
